Alexandra Raisman
Aly Raisman was an American female gymnast who was captain for her team in the US women's Olympic gymnastics 2012 Fierce Five team and in the year 2016. In 2016, she was part of the Final Five. At the 2012 Olympics in London she took home gold medals for floor and team events, and a bronze medal on the balance beam. She was the only American to win the most medals at an Olympics. She won the gold in the team event at the 2016 Olympics and was her as well as Gabby Douglas the first Americans to win back-to-back golds. Also, silver medals were awarded in the individual all-around as well as floor workouts. After the 2 Olympics she had taken her time from competing during three consecutive years. She was also a part of the gold medal winning American teams at two World Championships. The gymnastics lessons she began at the age of two and her favourite event is the floor workout. Aly is a member of her favorite charity, the Uniting Against Lung Cancer organization in memory of her grandmother who died due to cancer. The future is bright for her as she is planning to create a profession from fashion. It is also her goal to extend her leotards line and sock collection. Fierce A new novel that she's been working on, is scheduled to come out later this year.
